The fog has cleared...
..the waves have parted, the sun shines on my backdoor again, and I'm back in the Land of the Living.....somewhat living you get the pic! Thanks all -- it's kind of like getting your 100,000 miles/kms service check on your Rolls or Bentley -- the body has taken a betting but I was made my super a craftswoman! And I'll take lickin' and keep on tickin'....sheet that's an old tagline for sure!

I have been down but not...
....out completely. I have to do all these new exercises and then they tests my neurological responses...whatever they are...so I do what all good fellas do in the hands of the medicos. Find the prettiest one(s) flirt like all ol'Geezers do and know that they're considered a 'mostly harmless' variety of the male species by the these pretty medicos. Then do as told and requested otherwise I'll not get my new meds to help my organic single malt whiskey do it's job. That's why not too many posts over the last couple of days...but I'll be up and amblin' soon dear Tumblr Goddesses and Gawds!

I'm just
....being very quiet today -- a little oasis in the bustling environs of south London is our backyard...birds chirping and bathing in the gutters of the shed, watched a spider fix her web for an hour almost...and drank in the sun for at least as long! Did Dr. Weil's 10 deep breaths...now doing Dr. Ol'Geezer's 10 sips of Sangria!

For those who asked...
...Columbo's car was a 1959 Pugeot 403 and it was a soft top model. While looking over the vintage car photos I found out that Saab Motor Cars is facing bankruptcy! I was their national sales mgr for a a year and a half in the early 80's. I fell in love with their 900 Model with the great punching turbo-charged go --- it lagged but it was like launching in a jet as it kicked in.
