Divine Intervention ~ Matthew Sweet

I first heard this and loved the popness or pop’e’ness of this one!  Back there, (early 90’s) when I was raising a child and doing all that entails, including a stint as a part manager of a great little baseball team my child played on, a lot of music passed me by.  I only started listening to this works of Matthew Sweet about three or four years ago and this one is a gem of such a brilliant degree…listen and you’ll hear the drummer doing a great take on Ringo Starr the man who invented “Pop” drumming!  Thursday’s Theme Old Stuff Only Recently Discovered selection from the Flimwell Papers Music Corner!
